Today, I put things off a bit. Still got the 2,500 words completed, but there was a little something missing from the excitement today. Feel free to drop a little encouragement my way if you get a chance :).
In the happiness book, I tightened up some loose ends, added some happiness exercises and marveled at how well it's coming along. Just scrolling through and saying to myself, "Wow, I did all this in 11 days? Not bad."
Over at the writing blog, wrote a post about proving yourself to your family and friends that you are indeed a writer or some other type of creative person. Didn't really happen with my loved ones until I made a bit of money. Whatever floats their boats!
This blog is a daily reflection on my attempts to write 2,500 words a day for an entire year straight. There will be tips, there will be tricks, there may be a little bit of whining, but I'll try to keep it to a minimum :).

Day 10: Nearly 1,000!
Today wasn't the most exciting day motivation wise and I felt like a lot my work in the happiness book today will need to be edited, but I'm glad that I did it and it's better to finish a first draft than to keep it in my head for all of time.
One really cool thing that I found out this morning was that I had 974 unique visitors to my website yesterday! Writing a blog post every day is really making an impact, it seems. Made $5 off Google AdSense yesterday as well.
I would love by the end of the 365 days to be getting over 5,000 visitors a day with over $100 a day in Google AdSense. Lofty goal but hell, a man can dream can't he :).
Also wrote a post today about how to break the pattern of procrastination when it comes to writing.
